Community Guidelines

The Skibbel rulebook: a hard 18+ wall, grown-up but never explicit, no minors, no scams, no filming strangers, zero tolerance for blackmail — and how reports turn into removals.

Why rules exist here

Skibbel connects strangers almost instantly, and the format survives only while the queue stays worth entering. These guidelines are how we keep it that way: what is welcomed, and what gets you removed. They apply to video, voice and text equally.

The 18+ wall

You must be 18 or older to appear on Skibbel — a condition, not a suggestion. If the person on your screen might be underage, report the match right away: a human reviewer picks it up, the account is removed, and the case is referred to the authorities whenever the law demands it.

Adults-only is not a code word for explicit

Skibbel welcomes only adults, but that phrase describes who may enter — not what happens on camera. Undressing on camera is banned. So is every other form of explicit conduct, and so is pressuring a stranger for explicit material, whether over video, voice or text. Flirty conversation between consenting adults is the product; explicit content is the line, and crossing it closes the account.

The stranger is a person too

No harassment, no hate speech, no threats, no targeting anyone for who they are. A no is a no — spoken on camera or typed into chat. Conversation not working? Skip: one tap, no reason owed. The safety tips page collects the habits that keep calls worth having.

No scams, no spam, no captured footage

Soliciting money, gift cards or off-platform payments from strangers is banned outright; the same goes for promo links and scripted behavior. And again, plainly: do not film, capture or rebroadcast the person you matched with. On a call, privacy runs both ways.

Blackmail ends the conversation, not your dignity

If someone on any cam site threatens to publish images or recordings of you unless you pay — do not pay, not once. The first payment buys the second threat. Share nothing further, save the evidence, block, and report; on Skibbel a human moderator reads that report, and this conduct earns permanent removal. The safety tips page walks the sequence step by step.

From report to removal

Every report and block lands with human moderators — never auto-responders. A first offense can bring temporary removal from the queue; conduct that deserves a permanent ban gets one. The help center shows the reporting and blocking mechanics step by step.
